Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model and score exchanges, compare generated images and videos to judge prompt adherence, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and talking through realistic situations.
• Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each response sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to judge prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot distortions, flickering, or misalignment.
• Writing a concise, English explanation pointing to what you saw or heard.
