Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, compare AI-generated images and videos to judge which follows the prompt more closely, and write explanations in English about what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication
• Attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations naturally
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each sounded
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy or audio-video mismatches
• Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and providing written explanations
