Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media and score exchanges in live conversations with AI voice models. You will compare images and videos to judge how well they follow prompts and explain what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

As part of Outlier’s evaluation loop, you’ll help shape how advanced AI systems reason and improve. The role offers remote work with flexible hours and competitive pay per hour.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent English with clear written communication and comfortable with natural conversation.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misalignment of audio and video.
• Writing a concise, evidence-based explanation in English pointing to what you saw or heard.
