Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model and score exchanges, compare AI-generated images and videos to judge prompt adherence, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail with the patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor’s degree or above preferred.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs, including zooming and replaying, to spot problems such as artifacts or misalignment.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing explanations in English that point to observed issues.
