Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

You will help shape how advanced AI systems reason and learn through evaluation and feedback. This is a freelance, 1099 opportunity with flexible hours and pay up to $15 per hour, plus incentives, paid weekly.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to describe issues clearly.
• Comfortable explaining findings in writing and speaking.
• Willingness to work remotely on a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models.
• Rank and assess how natural and clear each exchange sounds.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge prompt adherence.
• Provide written explanations pointing to observed issues.
