Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Work from home with flexible hours and weekly pay. Earn up to $15 USD per hour, plus additional incentives for missions and special projects, as you help improve AI that reasons and acts in the real world.

Qualifications

Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in.
Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
Comfortable thinking on your feet and talking through realistic situations.
Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations.

Responsibilities

Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
Ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity of outputs.
Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or mismatched audio/video.
Writing explanations in English describing observations and conclusions.
Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, realism.
