Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a flexible, remote schedule. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain in writing what looked off or didn’t follow the prompt.

This freelance, 1099 role pays up to $15/hr with weekly payments. Contributors help shape how AI systems reason and improve, with access to leading LLMs and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong, clear written communication.
• Great attention to detail with ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios naturally.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews or explanations.

Responsibilities

• Holding live scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural and clear they sound.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging alignment with prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio and video.
• Writing specific English explanations pointing to what you saw or heard.
