Job summary

Outlier is recruiting detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on your own schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, rank outputs, and explain what’s off in writing. This is remote work with flexible hours across international time zones.

Ideal candidates are highly attentive, can articulate observations clearly, and hold or pursue a Bachelor's degree or higher. Applicants from multiple countries are welcome.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and careful listening.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rating naturalness and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images/videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like artifacts, distortions, or audio-video mismatches.
• Writing specific, English explanations pointing to what you saw or heard.
