Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what looked off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

You’ll be paid for your expertise with flexible hours, weekly payments, and access to leading LLMs. The role emphasizes precision, clear written explanations, and the ability to decide when both options have flaws.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail, able to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when both options have flaws.
• Currently accepting applicants from multiple countries including the United States.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or text/audio mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing specific explanations in English.
