Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely on a flexible schedule. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, evaluate image/video pairs, and describe what’s off in writing, helping refine AI reasoning and performance.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, highly attentive, and able to articulate clear, evidence-based explanations. Paid per hour with weekly payments and access to leading LLMs, plus additional incentives for

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet in realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to assess adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot distortions, glitches, or misalignment.
• Writing specific, English explanations of what was seen or heard, with justification.
