Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

We provide free access to leading LLMs and pay weekly via ACH or PayPal. Rates vary by expertise and project requirements, with a potential earnings ceiling of $18 per hour plus incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs for distortions, flickering, text errors, and audio-video mismatch.
• Writing explanations in English detailing what was seen or heard.

Education

Bachelor's degree or above
