Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

You can work from home or while traveling. Rates are up to $18 USD per hour, with extra incentives and free access to leading LLMs. Applicants from the United States and other countries are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Great attention to detail and patience to replay/zoom in on content.
• Nice to have: Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining decisions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking how natural, useful, and clear each exchange sounds.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to judge prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distortions, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Writing a concise explanation in English pointing to what was seen or heard.
