Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain what looked off. The work is fully remote with flexible hours and payments weekly via ACH, PayPal, and AirTM.

We provide access to leading LLMs and opportunities to contribute to frontier AI research. You can work from home or while traveling, on your own schedule, earning up to $18 USD per hour with additional incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to review closely.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to judge prompt adherence.
• Inspect outputs closely, zooming in to spot issues like distorted motion, artifacts, or misalignment.
• Write a precise English explanation pointing to what was seen or heard.
