Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing from home on a flexible schedule.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, meticulous, and able to write concise, evidence-based reviews. Remote work is allowed from multiple countries, with pay per hour and occasional incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Comfortable with natural, everyday conversational speech.
• Attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when needed.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows prompts better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot distortions, flicker, or misalignment and writing explanations in English.
