Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with an AI voice model, compare media, score outputs, and write clear explanations of what looked off, all remotely on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and the patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when both options have flaws.
• Currently accepting applicants from Australia, Canada, Ireland, United Kingdom, United States.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models, then ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming and replaying, to spot problems like artifacts, glitches, or misalignment.
• Rating each output across dimensions and writing a specific English explanation of what you saw or heard.
