Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, compare outputs, and explain what’s off in written form.

Role supports learning and shaping AI behavior, with compensation based on expertise and project requirements. Weekly payments and free access to leading LLMs are provided.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and natural conversational ability.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when needed.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to think on your feet and articulate decisions when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like artifacts, motion issues, or audio mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing precise English explanations.
