Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model and score exchanges, compare image and video pairs, and explain what looked or sounded off, all remotely on your schedule.

You will help shape how advanced AI systems learn and perform, contributing to a feedback loop that improves AI in real-world use cases. Remote, flexible hours with weekly payments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication is required.
• High attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted motion, text errors, or audio mismatch and explain findings in writing.
