Job summary

Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain what’s off, remotely and on your own schedule.

At Outlier, your work helps shape how AI systems learn and perform in real-world settings. You’ll review image, video, and audio outputs to ensure quality and fidelity while contributing to frontier research feedback loops.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Detail-oriented with patience to replay or zoom in.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews.
• Ability to decide clearly when options have flaws.
• Currently accepting applicants from multiple countries including the United States.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to determine which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs to spot issues like distortions, flickering, or misaligned audio and video.
• Writing specific English explanations that point to observed issues.
