Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and compare generated images and videos to determine which aligns with prompts, then write explanations in writing about what looked or sounded off.

Work remotely on your own schedule, with weekly payments and access to leading LLMs. Ideal candidates are fluent in English, highly attentive, and capable of concise, evidence-based reviews.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong, clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to verify issues.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios naturally.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio that doesn't match the video.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific explanation in English that points to what you saw or heard.
