Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media entirely remotely. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, rank outputs, and explain what looked off in writing. Tasks include comparing image/video pairs, identifying artifacts, and rating overall fidelity to prompts.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and careful listening/observation.
• Bachelor's degree or above is nice to have.
• Able to think on your feet and explain observations clearly.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like artifacts, flickering, or mismatches between audio and video.
• Write specific English explanations documenting what you saw or heard.
