Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home, on your own schedule. You will rate live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain in writing what was off, remotely and flexibly.

Role involves evaluating outputs for realism, coherence, and prompt adherence, with free access to leading LLMs and weekly payments. Applicants from multiple countries are welcome.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to scrutinize outputs closely.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when multiple flaws exist.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to assess alignment with prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zooming, replaying) to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, or audio-video mismatches.
• Writing a concise, English explanation of what looked or sounded off and why.
