Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from a fully remote setup. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score outputs, and explain issues in writing.

Your work helps improve how AI systems understand prompts and generate content. Responsibilities include comparing image/video pairs, identifying errors, and providing evidence-based explanations in English.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze AI outputs.
• Nice to have: Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering motion, text errors, and audio misalignment.
• Writing a concise, English explanation pointing to what you saw or heard.
