Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and compare generated images and videos to judge which follows the prompt better, explaining in writing what looked or sounded wrong.

All tasks are remote and on your own schedule. We value strong written English, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to clearly describe findings.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and able to explain findings clearly in writing.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold a live, scenario-based conversation with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images and videos to judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot issues like artifacts or mismatches.
• Write a concise, English explanation pointing to what you saw or heard.
