Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model and score each exchange, compare generated images and videos to judge which follows the prompt better, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

Fluent English with clear written communication.
Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
Comfortable discussing realistic situations in natural conversation.
Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distortions, flickering, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
Rating outputs across dimensions and writing explanations in English that point to observations.
