Job summary

EY is seeking a Solution Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing Operations to design, build, test, and scale AI-enabled manufacturing solutions. You will connect MES/MOM, ERP, and OT systems, create reusable components, and drive end-to-end solution development across a range of manufacturing use cases.

You will collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, AI engineers, software developers, and solution leaders to deliver prototypes, accelerators, and reference architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering, computer science, data science, information systems, manufacturing, supply chain, operations, or related discipline.
• At least 4–6 years of relevant experience in AI solution development, industrial data platforms, digital manufacturing, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience building working AI, data, analytics, or software solutions.
• Experience developing manufacturing data platforms, industrial data pipelines, semantic layers, ontologies, or knowledge graphs.
• Experience designing or implementing RAG-based applications, AI copilots, intelligent search, or agentic workflows.
• Experience in data modeling across operational, manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, quality, or supply chain domains.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Own design, hands-on development, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement of AI-based manufacturing solutions.
• Translate manufacturing problems into clearly defined AI use cases, user stories, functional and data requirements.
• Lead use-case development from concept through working prototype and industrialization handoff.
• Design manufacturing data platform architectures connecting MES/MOM, ERP, SCADA, PLC, IoT, and other systems.
• Build and operationalize manufacturing knowledge graphs for analytics, copilots, and agents.
• Design RAG solutions using governed content, embeddings, vector search, and evaluation methods.
• Develop AI assistants, copilots, and workflows for predictive maintenance, quality, energy optimization, and decision support.
