Job summary

EY is seeking a Solution Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing Operations to design, build, test, and scale AI-enabled manufacturing solutions across MES, ERP, SCADA, and IoT environments. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to turn priority use cases into production-ready assets.

This hands-on role focuses on creating reusable accelerators, reference architectures, and knowledge graphs, with an emphasis on governance, data models, and adaptive AI copilots to support industrial decision

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in building AI-enabled manufacturing solutions.
• Strong knowledge of industrial data platforms and governance.
• Experience with knowledge graphs and semantic models.
• Experience delivering reusable solution assets for pursuit and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design, development, testing, and documentation of AI-based manufacturing solutions.
• Translate problems into AI use cases, requirements, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead use-case development from concept to working prototype and industrialization.
• Design data platform architectures connecting MES/ERP/SCADA and other systems.
• Build and operationalise knowledge graphs and RAG-enabled copilots and agents.
• Establish development standards, backlogs, and release plans in agile cycles.
