Job summary

EY is seeking a Solution Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing Operations to design, build, test, and scale AI-enabled manufacturing solutions. You will work with data engineers, AI engineers, software developers, and solution leaders to turn priority use cases into production-ready assets.

This hands-on role emphasizes reusable solution components, data ontologies, knowledge graphs, and RAG-enabled copilots to drive industrial value.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, data science, information systems, manufacturing, or related discipline.
• At least 4–6 years of relevant AI solution development, industrial data platforms, or related field.
• Experience building manufacturing data platforms, semantic models, and knowledge graphs.
• Experience with RAG-based applications, AI copilots, and agentic workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, development, testing, and continuous improvement of AI-based manufacturing solutions and reusable components.
• Translate manufacturing problems into AI use cases, user stories, and functional requirements.
• Lead use-case development from concept to working prototype and industrialization handoff.
• Design data platform architectures connecting MES/MOM, ERP, historians, SCADA, PLC, IoT and more.
• Build and maintain manufacturing knowledge graphs and data models across assets, sites, lines, and equipment.
