Job summary

EY is seeking a hands-on Solution Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing Operations to design, build, test, and scale AI-enabled manufacturing solutions across MES/MOM, ERP, historians, SCADA, and other systems. You will own end-to-end development, prototypes, accelerators, and reusable components to accelerate industrialization.

This role demands strong data modeling, knowledge graphs, RAG, and AI copilots, with a focus on scalability, repeatability, and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor000sa0degree in engineering, computer science, data science, information systems, manufacturing, supply chain, operations, or a related discipline.
• 40da06 years of relevant experience in AI solution development, industrial data platforms, and manufacturing technology.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end development of AI-enabled manufacturing solutions and the reusable data foundations required to scale them.
• Translate manufacturing problems into AI use cases, user stories, and technical requirements with measurable outcomes.
• Lead use-case development from concept to working prototype and handoff for industrialization.
• Design manufacturing data platform architectures connecting MES/MOM, ERP, historians, SCADA, PLC, IoT, and more.
