Job summary

EY is seeking a Solution Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing Operations to design, build, test, and scale AI-enabled manufacturing solutions. You will combine domain knowledge with data platforms, knowledge graphs, and RAG techniques to create reusable solution components and reference architectures.

You will collaborate with data engineers, AI engineers, software developers, architects, and alliance teams to turn priority use cases into production-ready assets, measuring success by quality,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, data science, or related field.
• 4–6+ years of AI solution development and industrial data platforms.
• Experience building working AI, data, analytics or software solutions.
• Experience with manufacturing data platforms, data pipelines, ontologies or knowledge graphs.
• Experience designing or implementing RAG-based applications and copilots.
• Ability to work with manufacturing and enterprise system data (MES/MOM, ERP, SCADA, PLC, etc.)
• Experience with Python, SQL, APIs, and data engineering tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development of AI-enabled manufacturing solutions and reusable data foundations.
• Translate manufacturing problems into clearly defined AI use cases and requirements.
• Lead use-case development from concept to working prototype and industrialization.
• Design manufacturing data platform architectures linking MES/MOM, ERP, SCADA, and other systems.
• Build reusable data models spanning assets, sites, lines, equipment, products, and metrics.
• Define manufacturing ontologies, metadata, and governance standards.
• Develop knowledge graphs and RAG-driven copilots for analytics and decision support.
• Construct AI assistants, agents, and workflows for maintenance, quality, and optimization.
