Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B content marketing for tech or life sciences.
• Experience delivering content that drives reach, rankings, or pipeline.
• Hands-on use of AI tools for drafting, research, and workflow automation.
• Ability to build repeatable systems: templates, briefs, reviews, SME intake.
• Able to coordinate busy experts and cross-functional reviewers without slowing output.
• Understanding of AI search, EEO and content citations.

Responsibilities

• Develop ICP content foundations aligned to buyer personas and maturity stages.
• Lead always-on content programs with new blogs and thought leadership.
• Create gated assets and lead-capture offers to drive pipeline.
• Own end-to-end webinars including topic, speakers, promotion, and follow-up.
• Maintain a content system with golden examples and reliable intake structures.
• Drive distribution and discoverability across owned, earned, and partner channels with SEO focus.
