Job summary

Inclusively Remote is seeking an excellent content marketer who treats content as a system. You’ll refine and scale an engine including ICP, personas, messaging foundations, and templates to deliver high-quality output cost-effectively, freeing time for strategy and distribution.

You’ll own ICP content foundations, lead on blogs and thought leadership, develop gated assets and webinars, and maintain a scalable content system with AI-assisted workflows.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B content marketing track record across channels.
• Experience distributing content to drive reach, rankings, or pipeline.
• Hands-on with AI tools for drafting, research, and workflow automation.
• Ability to build repeatable systems: templates and briefs.
• Strong editorial judgment for technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own ICP content foundation and personas.
• Create and manage ongoing blog content and thought leadership.
• Develop gated lead-capture assets and webinars end-to-end.
• Maintain content system with golden examples and workflows.
• Drive distribution across owned, earned, and partner channels with SEO and AEO.
