Job summary

Dentons US LLP is seeking an AI Automation Engineer to design secure, scalable AI-powered solutions for legal and business operations. You will work with attorneys and practice groups to translate needs into practical workflows and integrations using Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure AI services, and Microsoft 365.

The role requires strong software development fundamentals, curiosity, and awareness of confidentiality, privacy, and security in a global law firm environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD practices, APIs, and SDLC practices.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and Graph API integrations.
• Familiarity with Azure AI services and prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy, and maintain AI-augmented workflows and integrations using Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure AI Foundry, and Microsoft 365.
• Prototype and implement secure generative AI solutions for legal and administrative use cases.
• Modernize Power Apps and SharePoint solutions with AI-native automation.
• Collaborate with attorneys and business teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
