Qualifications

• Enjoys creative problem-solving and can take learning roadmap from concept to execution, managing rollout, adoption and maintenance.
• Background in adult learning: degrees in Education, Psychology, or Communications, or equivalent experience in learning roles.
• Hands-on experience coordinating global learning programs at scale with an aptitude for experimentation and iteration.
• Proficiency with business and AI tools including Claude, ChatGPT, MS Office, Smartsheet, Lovable, and Canva.

Responsibilities

• Planning the learning calendar based on organizational needs
• Coordinating 1:1 coaching programs end to end
• Producing and managing online, live, and hybrid learning events
• Handling program communications and LMS administration
• Developing and curating learning resources and marketing materials
• Preparing speakers and instructors for successful delivery
• Tracking learning data and managing learner communities on Slack and Teams
• Gathering feedback, managing deliverables, and mitigating risks to drive program adoption
