This execution-focused role centers on behavior change, applying AI to real work, ensuring outputs are validated, used responsibly in a regulated environment, and aligned with our learning strategy and roadmap.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in training delivery, coaching, or learning enablement.
Hands-on experience using AI tools in a professional environment.
Experience coaching employees on technology tools and digital workflows.
Strong facilitation skills for small-group sessions, workshops, or labs.
Ability to translate AI concepts into practical examples for non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated outcomes in AI capability development.
Experience creating AI learning content, job aids, or prompt libraries.
Ability to validate AI tool outputs and promote responsible AI usage.

Responsibilities

Deliver coaching sessions and practical learning labs focused on approved AI tools.
Coach employees on applying AI to real work scenarios.
Teach how to assess AI value and when to rely on human judgment.
Reinforce responsible-use expectations in a regulated environment.
Adapt content by role and skill level to improve relevance.
Coordinate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to prepare demonstrations.
Track participation and coaching outcomes.
Support onboarding with approved-tool orientation and AI fluency content.
