Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Experience translating complex concepts into teachable content.
• Experience with LMS/knowledge hubs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with AI Operations and consultants to translate new AI tools into practical content.
• Observe AI usage and create resources to improve adoption.
• Create workflow-based AI content including demonstrations, videos, guides, and templates.
• Update content as AI tools and practices evolve.
• Support AI training launches with communications and materials.
• Package use cases into reusable resources for knowledge sharing.
