Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Learning Delivery Manager (contract) to translate our AI Skilling strategy into scalable learner journeys and engaging experiences. You will own the end-to-end delivery of AI learning programs, managing stakeholders, suppliers and budgets to ensure impact and compliance across a global, matrixed organisation.

You will lead delivery performance, use data insights to drive improvements, and partner with AI fluency leads and change teams to enable adoption of future-ready

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading end-to-end delivery of complex learning or people programmes in a large or matrixed organisation.
• Experience owning programme budgets and forecasting, interpreting financial information and cost decisions.
• Experience managing suppliers or learning providers, including performance and procurement considerations.
• Ability to turn strategy or design into coordinated delivery across multiple workstreams and audiences.
• Confidence using learner data to identify risk, influence decisions and demonstrate impact.

Responsibilities

• Deliver End-to-End Learner Journey across AI learning journeys.
• Manage stakeholder, suppliers and delivery teams for successful outcomes.
• Provide reporting and dashboards to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Oversee governance, quality and operational excellence, including budgets and risk management.
