Job summary

Deloitte UK is seeking a Learning Delivery Assistant Manager on a 12‑month contract to support the AI skilling strategy, turning it into practical learner experiences and upskilling colleagues to be future-ready. You will support the effective delivery of learner journeys across AI Learning.

You will partner with AI Learning Delivery Manager, fluency leads and change teams to deliver end-to-end journeys, manage stakeholders, and use data to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Programme management experience across learning projects or programmes.
• Strong data analysis skills to identify trends and outcomes.
• Proven project management with budgeting and momentum.
• Continuous improvement mindset to reduce duplication and friction.
• Calm under pressure with sound judgement in shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end learner journeys for AI skilling programmes.
• Coordinate delivery across cohorts, locations and business areas.
• Improve processes through technology, automation and best practice.
• Manage stakeholders, suppliers and delivery interfaces.
• Develop clear reporting and dashboards on programme performance.
• Support governance, forecasting and risk mitigation.
