Alignerr Corp. is seeking an Italian Language Expert (AI Training) to help evaluate and improve AI systems trained on Italian content. You will shape how AI understands and teaches Italian, impacting millions of learners worldwide.

The role requires native or near-native Italian, teaching/evaluation experience, and strong bilingual communication in Italian and English. This is a remote, hourly contract with flexible, asynchronous collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• Identify errors, awkward phrasing, and pedagogical gaps using expert judgment.
• Suggest improvements for clear, idiomatic Italian and pedagogy.
• Provide structured feedback that improves AI tutoring and language-learning models.
• Collaborate asynchronously with project leads and fellow language experts.

About The Role

What You'll Do

• Evaluate AI-generated Italian speech and text for linguistic accuracy, naturalness, and educational quality
• Assess learner speech and writing across proficiency levels from CEFR Pre-A1 through B2+
• Identify learner errors, unnatural phrasing, and pedagogical gaps using expert judgment
• Suggest improvements for clear, idiomatic, and pedagogically sound Italian
• Provide structured feedback that improves AI tutoring and language-learning models
• Collaborate asynchronously with project leads and fellow language experts

Who You Are

• Native or near-native fluency in Italian
• Experience teaching Italian or evaluating learner language
• Strong written communication skills in both Italian and English (C1/C2)
• Solid familiarity with learner speech patterns and CEFR frameworks
• Enrolled in or completed a Bachelor's degree or higher
• Attention to detail and consistency in linguistic judgment
• No prior AI experience required
