Job summary

Scitara Corporation seeks a Solutions Architect for the Americas to lead customer engagement, translate scientific needs into AI-enabled solutions, and collaborate across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Services to drive lab transformation.

You will demonstrate Scitara's AI agents in R&D and QC contexts, guide pilots, and translate workflows into scalable architectures while communicating clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong lab data experience is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a customer-facing role in lab technology and data flows.
• Experience with LIMS/ELN/CDS and scientific data workflows.
• Experience presenting AI-driven and agent-based capabilities to leadership.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.
• Understanding of life sciences validation processes and deliverables.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; proactive and consultative.
• Interest in AI in scientific processes and GTM strategies.
• Knowledge of data engineering approaches to integrate scientific data.
• Experience with AWS and networking; familiarity with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Architect, maintain, and deliver demo capabilities for Scitara's AI agent and lab automation, mapping features to customer pain points.
• Collaborate with Sales to document and learn functional and technical requirements.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Scitara products and their applicability to data integration; apply AI insights for improvement.
• Drive customer value discovery, quantify impact, and align success criteria with solutions.
• Serve as trusted advisor for pilots and Proof-of-Concepts including agentic AI pilots.
• Develop and educate customers on competitive solution landscape.
• Review Statements of Work to ensure alignment with customer needs and plans.
• Translate customer feedback into product roadmap input with Strategy, Product, and Engineering.
