Job summary

Stellix in the United States is seeking a recent college graduate to join as an AI Knowledge Platform Associate, helping apply AI across Stellix’s enterprise knowledge platform built on Glean that unifies SharePoint, Teams, Confluence, Salesforce, Smartsheet, and other systems.

You will build, test, and refine AI agents, organize knowledge content, support AI workflows, and promote adoption across IT and business teams while gaining hands-on experience with enterprise AI and knowledge management

Qualifications

Recent graduate with strong coursework or projects in AI, data management, or enterprise systems.
Demonstrated interest in applied AI, enterprise search, or knowledge management.
Excellent written and verbal communication to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Ability to break down ambiguous problems into structured steps and learn quickly.

Responsibilities

Build, test, and refine Glean agents to automate multi-step workflows and document generation.
Translate business needs into agent instructions, logic, and configurations.
Evaluate agent outputs for accuracy and relevance; iterate to improve quality.
Document agent designs, use cases, and operating instructions for maintenance and scaling.
