Stellix seeks a motivated AI Knowledge Platform Associate to accelerate AI use across its enterprise knowledge platform. You will work with Glean agents, assist in knowledge content structuring, and support AI workflow development to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Role Summary

We are seeking a motivated recent college graduate to join our team and help accelerate the application of AI across Stellix’s enterprise knowledge platform. This is a hands‑on, entry‑level role for someone who is curious about how AI can transform the way a consulting and engineering firm captures, organizes, and reuses its institutional expertise.

Stellix’s knowledge platform is built on Glean and connects SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Confluence, Salesforce, Smartsheet, and other enterprise systems into a unified search, AI assistant, and agent environment. The long‑term vision is to build a compounding knowledge platform that captures expertise from every engagement and turns it into reusable intellectual property — so each project makes the next project better.

As an AI Knowledge Platform Associate, you will work alongside our IT, Digital Platforms, and business teams to build, test, and refine Glean agents; structure and curate knowledge content; support AI workflow development; and help drive adoption across the organization. You will gain hands‑on experience with enterprise AI tools, agentic workflows, and knowledge management while contributing to real business outcomes.

This is an ideal role for a recent graduate who is excited about applied AI, comfortable working across technical and business contexts, and eager to learn how AI works inside a real consulting and engineering organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, test, and refine Glean agents that automate multi‑step workflows such as contract review, proposal development, knowledge retrieval, and document generation.
• Translate business requirements into clear agent instructions, step logic, and workflow configurations.
• Evaluate agent outputs for accuracy, relevance, and alignment with business needs, and iterate on prompts and configurations to improve quality.
• Document agent designs, use cases, and operating instructions so they can be maintained and scaled.

Knowledge Structure & Curation

• Help organize, tag, and structure content across connected data sources (SharePoint, Confluence, Salesforce, Smartsheet, etc.) to improve search relevance and AI‑assisted retrieval.
• Support the development of Glean Collections and curated knowledge groupings that make expertise easier to find and reuse.
• Assist in identifying knowledge gaps and working with subject matter experts to fill them.
• Contribute to the ongoing effort to convert workflows, implementation patterns, and operational learnings into structured, reusable IP.

AI Workflow & Solution Support

• Support the design and delivery of AI‑enabled workflows using Glean, Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, and related platforms.
• Assist in building rapid prototypes and pilots that demonstrate value quickly.
• Help evaluate new AI features and capabilities as they are released across the platform.
• Participate in testing and quality assurance for new agents, workflows, and AI features before deployment.

Adoption & Enablement

• Support the “Learn More About AI” recurring series by helping prepare demos, examples, and training materials.
• Assist with user onboarding to the Glean platform, including setup guidance and feature walkthroughs.
• Gather user feedback, identify friction points, and help translate them into improvement actions.
• Contribute to internal communications that highlight AI wins and encourage broader adoption.

Governance & Documentation

• Follow established AI governance processes, content‑handling rules, and guardrails for all work on the platform.
• Help maintain documentation of agents, workflows, data sources, and permissions.
• Support audit readiness by ensuring configurations are well‑documented and aligned with enterprise standards.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree (recent graduate or graduating by start date) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong academic record with coursework or projects involving AI, machine learning, data management, or enterprise systems.

Required Skills

• Demonstrated interest in applied AI, enterprise search, or knowledge management.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar platforms through coursework, internships, or personal projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to break down ambiguous problems into structured steps.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced environment where priorities evolve and learning is continuous.
• High attention to detail and a willingness to iterate.

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship or co‑op experience in an IT, digital transformation, or consulting environment.
• Exposure to enterprise platforms such as SharePoint, Confluence, Salesforce, or Smartsheet.
• Experience building workflows, automation, or no‑code/low‑code solutions (e.g., Power Automate, Zapier, or similar).
• Familiarity with concepts such as retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG), semantic search, prompt design, or agent orchestration.
• Experience creating documentation, training materials, or knowledge base content.

Compensation

This position offers a base salary range of $65,000 to $75,000, based on experience and qualifications. The role is also eligible for a variable compensation plan.

The posted salary range represents a good faith estimate of the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and business needs.

On‑Site Requirements

This position requires a full on‑site presence 5 days per week during the first 4–6 months. Following that period, the role will be on‑site four days per week, including Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with the fourth on‑site day alternating between Tuesday or Friday depending on business needs.

Must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
