Stellix seeks a motivated AI Knowledge Platform Associate to accelerate AI use across its enterprise knowledge platform. You will work with Glean agents, assist in knowledge content structuring, and support AI workflow development to deliver measurable business outcomes.

You’ll collaborate with IT, Digital Platforms, and business teams, gaining hands-on experience with enterprise AI tools, agent orchestration, and knowledge governance while contributing to real client impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with coursework in AI, data management, or enterprise systems.
• Interest in applied AI, enterprise search, or knowledge management demonstrated by projects or internships.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences and work across teams.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and refine Glean agents for multi‑step workflows and document generation.
• Translate business requirements into agent instructions and configurations.
• Evaluate outputs for accuracy and iterate prompts to improve quality.
• Document agent designs, use cases, and operating instructions for scalability.
