Qualifications
- 8+ years of consulting, solution design, or related field.
- Experience leading discovery workshops, process analysis, and requirements definition.
- Proven ability delivering AI-enabled, automation-driven solutions.
- Experience with tools like Glean, MS 365, Copilot, Power Automate/Apps.
- Strong ability to communicate business value to executives and technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions to identify AI, automation, knowledge management, and productivity opportunities.
- Build trusted relationships with client executives and stakeholders.
- Analyze processes, user journeys, and pain points to identify improvements in efficiency and revenue.
- Translate needs into use cases, requirements, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
- Design end-to-end AI-enabled, knowledge-management, and workflow solutions.
