Job summary

Stellix is hiring a Senior AI Developer to design, build, deploy, and support AI-enabled solutions across business and engineering use cases. You will prototype emerging AI tech, integrate AI into enterprise apps, and drive reusable components and APIs.

Expect collaboration across teams, focus on security, reliability, and maintainability. The role is on-site in the United States with a strong on-site requirement: 5 days/week initially, then 4 days/week on-site after 4–6 months.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in CS/DS/AI or related field.
• Strong Python development skills.
• Experience with AI/ML libraries.
• Knowledge of AI agents, embeddings, and semantic search.
• API/backend/database/data pipelines integration experience.
• SQL knowledge and relational DBs.
• Git and version control practices.
• Experience with C#/.NET is a plus.
• Familiarity with Docker and deployment practices.
• Understanding cloud/hybrid environments and production AI concerns.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI-enabled apps and services.
• Translate business needs into scalable AI solutions.
• Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise apps, data, services, and workflows.
• Prototype and evaluate emerging AI technologies for production use.
• Develop reusable AI components, APIs, and patterns.
• Improve AI solution quality, performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Contribute to AI architecture, documentation, and best practices.
