AgileEngine is seeking an AI Platform Context Lead to build the context and knowledge layer behind an enterprise AI ecosystem. The role combines knowledge-graph design, semantic retrieval, RAG, and agent integrations across Slack, Google Workspace, Glean, and AI assistants.

You will improve answer quality through evaluation, governance, and reusable self-service patterns. You will design, curate, and improve the company context and knowledge graph to ground search and responses, manage schema

Qualifications

• Experience designing enterprise knowledge graphs or retrieval architectures.
• Production-quality AI agents, skills, or integrations using MCP, function calling, and RAG.
• Strong communication with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the knowledge graph grounding for enterprise AI ecosystem.
• Evaluate agent outputs and close context gaps with prioritized fixes.
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts to build AI agents, prompts, and workflows.
• Ensure scalable, secure implementations and maintain documentation.
