Job summary

BridgeView seeks a Senior Project Manager to drive end-to-end AI and cloud transformation programs, aligning technical workstreams with business strategy to deliver measurable value. You will lead cross-functional teams across product, engineering, security, and risk to ensure governance and timely delivery.

This role requires 10+ years of program leadership, PMP, and strong stakeholder communication at the executive level, with hands-on experience in AI-enabled initiatives and AWS-based

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive project/program management experience.
• Experience leading AI-enabled transformation programs.
• Experience delivering solutions on AWS or comparable cloud platforms.
• Agile, hybrid, and/or scaled delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program delivery from concept through transition to operations.
• Develop integrated program plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, budgets, and executive status reporting.
• Establish program governance, decision rights, escalation paths, and operating rhythms that promote transparency and accountability.
• Serve as primary contact for executive sponsors, product owners, engineering, architecture, security, risk, operations, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Lead AI and Conversational AI workstreams, aligning use cases, capabilities, and human-in-the-loop controls with strategic goals.
• Partner with AI, data, security, legal, compliance, and risk stakeholders to embed responsible AI governance and model risk management into the delivery plan.
• Provide program leadership for AI-based solutions, balancing security, resiliency, scalability, integration, cost, and delivery timelines.
• Oversee IVR and voice channel modernization, managing design, integration, testing, migration, and operational readiness.
• Coordinate cross-workstream dependencies among AI, cloud, APIs, data, contact center platforms, security controls, and business processes.
• Translate technical complexity into clear business implications for senior stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and actively manage program risks, issues, and dependencies, developing mitigation and contingency plans.
• Create executive-ready reporting and dashboards communicating progress, forecast, financial health, risks, and benefits.
