Job summary

Voyage Advisory is seeking a Senior Program Manager to act as the client-side lead for an organizational redesign and AI tool implementation. You will coordinate multiple workstreams, drive change management, and deliver regular executive-level status updates in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires deep project management expertise, experience with confidential transformations, and strong communication skills to engage with C-suite leaders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Project or Program Manager in large-scale transformations.
• Experience with organizational design and change implementation.
• Familiarity with AI and automation tools in a PM context.
• Knowledge of PM methodologies used in large organizations.
• Willingness to work early or late to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Strong executive presence with C-suite presentation experience.
• Proficiency with project management tools.
• Highly collaborative with cross-functional teams at all levels.
• Willingness to travel to East Coast for key client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Validate project scope and tasks as defined in the previous phase.
• Oversee organizational design initiatives and support implementation of organizational change.
• Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly status reports to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Present program updates, risks, and outcomes to C-suite executives.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to improve program efficiency and reporting.
• Support change management efforts, ensuring smooth adoption across impacted teams.
• Plan, manage, and coordinate the project lifecycle including scope, timeline, budget, and resources.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors, ensuring clear roles and on-track deliverables.
• Identify and manage risks and blockers, escalating to leadership as needed.
