Job summary

The AWS Professional Services team seeks a Senior Engagement Manager to lead the delivery of our largest customer transformation programs, coordinating 50+ AWS builders, partners, and client teams to achieve AI, data, and enterprise modernization outcomes.

You will shape program direction, manage interdependencies, ensure value delivery, and align executives around measurable business results while maintaining governance and risk controls in fast-changing environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leading multiple Agile teams concurrently or at scale
• 5+ years of leading and delivering enterprise-level IT engagements
• 5+ years of cloud computing experience
• Bachelor's degree in STEM field
• Knowledge of the value proposition of public cloud and cloud delivery (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)

Responsibilities

• Build trusted executive relationships (VP+), delivering strategic counsel on program direction, health, risks, and trade-offs
• Proactively manage inter-dependencies, mitigate risks, and drive accountability for outcomes
• Orchestrate across customer lines of business, IT, and partner teams to align priorities and timelines
• Define and track measurable customer outcomes and translate progress into executive-ready value narratives
• Own the program financial health including forecasting, revenue recognition, and change management
• Influence AI guardrails and AI-native delivery approaches across teams
• Drive adoption of AI-DLC methodologies for scalable delivery and governance
• Establish and enforce governance for agentic AI in delivery with observability and cost controls
• Proactively surface ideas to innovate across ProServe and AWS teams
