Position Overview:

We’re hiring an AI Investment Principal to help accelerate the cybernetic economy and shape the future with us. In this role, you’ll spearhead deal sourcing, lead rigorous due diligence, and refine investment theses through frontier research and trend analysis. Beyond deploying capital, you’ll drive thought leadership, elevate decision-making, and forge deep founder relationships—ensuring our portfolio companies capture the full strength of our network. The ideal candidate blends sharp strategic thinking with operational empathy and a relentless bias for action. You’re a builder, optimizer, and connector, comfortable with ambiguity and skilled at navigating complex, cross-functional landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deal Sourcing: Drive deal sourcing process through combination of tools, proactive research and outreach
• Investment Due Diligence: Conduct due diligence on target companies
• Research & Theses Development: Track market trends, identify emerging technologies and refine the firm’s investment theses
• Portfolio Support: Partner with founders, provide strategic guidance, and connect them with resources across the firm’s network
• Content: Create thoughtful content to support our thought leadership (public) and investment decisions (internal)
• Relationships: Facilitate relationships with portfolio companies and get them needed value-add through our network

You have:

• 5–8+ years in VC, PE, consulting, banking, or in an investment role at a high-growth startup (Preferable from AI companies)
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Deep knowledge of AI industries
• Proven sourcing ability and strong founder network
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Comfortable working independently and in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• True Passion for technology, startups, and venture investing
