Job summary

Codebridge is seeking an AI Integration Engineer (Python) to join our client’s team on a UK insurtech project. You will configure and deploy product journeys, build integrations with policy systems, and own data mapping across insurer architectures.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in API integration, strong Python skills, and experience in insurance tech. You’ll work remotely or from Kyiv with opportunities for growth and professional development.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on experience with API integration and data mapping.
• Strong Python experience with API/integration background.
• Insurance/insurtech background or understanding of carriers, MGAs and intermediaries.
• Day-one fluency with agentic tooling like Claude Code, LangGraph/LangChain.
• Comfortable being client-facing in carrier meetings and in a terminal.
• Proactive mindset to improve platforms for customers.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.

Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy product journeys on the platform for each carrier or MGA partner.
• Build and maintain integrations with policy admin systems, quoting engines, and data feeds.
• Own data mapping and schema translation between the platform's data model and insurers' architecture.
• Identify patterns across deployments and translate them into platform improvements.
• Conduct technical scoping for insurer partnerships, defining feasibility and effort.
• Define what a genuinely good AI insurance journey looks like in production.
